This site is operated by WhoToHire. WhoToHire is an information directory. We publish and compare information about Australian trade businesses. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a business listed here, we do not perform any work, and we do not act as an agent, broker or referrer for any business.

Listings are compiled from public sources and from information supplied by businesses themselves. Information marked as verified has been checked against an independent source; each business’s own page shows when. Information marked as supplied by the business has not been independently checked, and is labelled as theirs wherever it appears.

We take reasonable care but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or free from error. Always confirm licences, registrations and insurance directly with the business before engaging them.

The order in which businesses appear is determined by the published method on our How we rank page. Position cannot be purchased. We reserve the right to change the method, and material changes will be reflected on that page.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell or systematically copy content from this site. You may not use the site to harass a business or to submit information you know to be false.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published here, or from any dealings between you and a business listed here.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
