If you run one of the 51,127 businesses listed here, you can claim it, correct the record, or have it taken down. It is free, and it will not move you up the page — that is the whole point of the thing.
What you can ask for
- Claim the listing, so we know who you are and how to reach you
- Correct your trading name, phone number, address or website
- Tell us a check was reported wrongly, and we will re-run it
- Have a closed or sold business marked as closed
- Be removed from the directory entirely, for any reason, at no cost
What it doesn't
- A higher position in the results — claiming changes nothing about ranking
- Removal of a competitor
- Removal of accurate but unflattering information
- A sponsored, featured or verified badge — no such product exists
We don't sell advertising, featured placement or leads. If that changes, it will be announced here before it ships.
How to ask
Email us. Tell us the business name and suburb so we can find the right listing, and what specifically is wrong. If you are asking for a removal, confirm you are authorised to act for the business — we do not ask for a reason beyond that.
Corrections are actioned on evidence rather than on assertion, because a directory that edits itself on request is not worth reading. If a check was reported wrongly we re-run it, and if it was our error we fix it and it stays fixed through future updates.
Removals are different: those we action on request, without evidence and without argument. A business that does not want to be listed here should not have to justify that.
Claiming your listing
Claiming tells us a listing is yours and gives us a mobile number to verify you on. Someone texts or calls it, confirms you act for the business, and from then on a correction from you is a correction from a known owner rather than an email from an address.
It is free, it takes about a minute, and it does not move you up or down the page. There is still no login and no dashboard — verifying a claim is a person doing it, so it happens in business hours.
You do not have to claim anything to get a correction or a removal. The form below does both without it.
